Only if you go by GT's timeline (which I don't... cause it stank. It ended for me when the comic ended) he could have cut his hair anywhere between when Bra was 5-13.

That, and I think some characters were mangled beyond repair. Pan, Vegeta, Trunks were the worst to come out of GT.
Mirai Trunks may have had long girly hair and a cropper purple jacket, but GT Trunks had a NECKERCHIEF!!!
